We are seeking Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and oversee the school’s marketing and PR strategies, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and goals. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to effectively manage a dynamic team while delivering high-quality marketing initiatives.

Start date: January 2026

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term marketing and PR strategies, setting clear goals, identifying target audiences, and defining success metrics.

• Ensure all communications to school stakeholders are clear, consistent, and aligned with the school’s values and branding.

• Lead and manage the Marketing and PR team, including assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and facilitating professional development.

• Create effective social media campaigns that communicate the school’s values and encourage community engagement.

• Collaborate closely with the Admissions Office to maintain consistent messaging and priorities in admissions and enrollment efforts.

• Design and manage digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as META Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies.

• Oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and distribution of engaging content, including text, photos, videos, and news updates.

• Optimize the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective initiatives.

• Take overall responsibility for the school’s website content and performance, striving for continuous improvement and engagement.

• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure timely and budget-conscious production of print and digital materials.

• Liaise with local and international figures in the education and IT industries to enhance the school’s profile.

• Partner with experts in various fields to bring valuable insights and experiences to staff and students.

• Build strong relationships with local businesses, corporate leaders, and professional associations to promote the school’s mission and offerings.

Requirements:

• Higher professional education.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or journalism

• Fluency in English (high proficiency required)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies tailored to the school’s goals and target audience.

• Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

• Creative thinking to generate innovative marketing ideas, campaigns, and content.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and engage with stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Team management skills, including task prioritization and maintaining efficiency within the team.

• A sense of responsibility and the ability to self-manage tasks.

• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in high-pressure environments.
