We’re a bold, agile, and fast-scaling iGaming brand with a strong focus on emerging markets. We're expanding our affiliate department and looking for a Head of Affiliates to take full ownership of our affiliate strategy, scale partner networks, and drive growth across key markets. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for affiliate operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the affiliate strategy with a focus on TR, AZ, KZ, IN, BD, PH
- Drive affiliate acquisition and retention across diverse traffic sources: influencer marketing, SEO, Telegram, agency networks, etc.
- Optimize and negotiate deal structures (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) to ensure partner satisfaction and profitability
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to provide affiliates with high-quality promo materials
- Monitor key KPIs (FTDs, deposits, CR, ROI) and provide actionable insights based on performance analytics
- Continuously improve affiliate workflows, tools, and processes
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetups
- Optionally oversee affiliate managers and team leads as the department scales
Requirements:
- 4+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership or strategic rolе
- Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
- Experience with various traffic sources: social, SEO, Telegram, influencer, agency networks, email, paid media
- Solid grasp of key performance metrics (LTV, ROMI, CTR, CR) and analytical tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24, AmoCRM or similar)
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Google Ads, VK Ads, Telegram Ads
- Excellent negotiation and long-term relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to scale operations across multiple GEOs
- Proven team-management and leadership skills (delegation, performance tracking, motivation)
- Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
