Middle Full-Stack Developer

🔹 About the Role

We're looking for a driven Middle Fullstack Developer to join our Minsk office and build a financial data management platform with complex integrations, real-time processing, and multi-tenant architecture. The project involves developing sophisticated UI, analytical dashboards, and integrations with external systems.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Develop frontend using React + TypeScript with interactive dashboards

• Build and maintain REST APIs and real-time data processing pipelines

• Implement integrations with external ERP systems and banking APIs

• Build multi-tenant architecture with role-based access control (RBAC)

• Design and optimize database schemas and queries

• Handle financial data synchronization and audit trails

• Rapidly prototype features using AI-powered development tools

• Apply AI-assisted development to accelerate feature delivery and maintain code quality

🔹 Required Experience

• 2-3 years of fullstack development experience (production applications)

• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js + React

• Supabase or similar BaaS platforms (PostgreSQL, real-time subscriptions)

• REST API design, implementation, and integration

• Experience with shadcn UI and TailwindCSS

• Real-time data handling and WebSocket integration

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude)

• Willingness to explore and adopt new AI-powered approaches to coding

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with V0 (Vercel), Lovable, or similar AI-powered development tools

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring emerging AI-driven development methodologies

• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture

• Experience with financial or compliance-heavy systems

• ETL processes and data warehousing

• Authentication systems and security best practices
