Perform daily replenishment of onboard stock and consumables according to established standards.
Load and unload onboard inventory for all flights during morning or night shifts, depending on the roster.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, track usage, and report shortages in a timely manner.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of onboard materials in accordance with safety and hygiene requirements.
Conduct basic cabin cleaning tasks when required, ensuring aircraft interiors remain presentable and ready for operation.
Collaborate with Cabin Crew, Ground Handling, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of onboard supplies.
Support inventory audits and assist in maintaining stock control documentation.
Report any irregularities, damages, or issues related to onboard items or cabin preparation.
Qualification Requirements:
Secondary or vocational education (higher education is an advantage).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar operational, warehouse, logistics, or cleaning-related role (experience in aviation or hospitality is an advantage).
Ability to work shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and nights.
Basic understanding of stock management, inventory control, or warehouse processes.
Physical ability to lift and carry onboard supplies and equipment when required.
High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow procedures, safety rules, and cabin preparation standards.
Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various operational departments.
Basic English proficiency (ability to understand simple operational instructions).
