Professional and entry-level translators proficient in Russian and English (IELTS 7.0+ or active simultaneous interpreters). Knowledge of Chinese, German, or Korean will be a significant advantage.
Important: Only citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered.
Students may also be considered, provided they can fully commit to the workload.
Oral interpretation of doctor–patient dialogues (online/telephony/video), ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional ethics.
Advising clients in two languages using provided scripts and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality and following protocols for handling sensitive data.
Keeping brief notes/glossaries and communicating with shift coordinators.
Participating in training sessions and quality assessments.
Fluency in Russian and English (IELTS 7.0+ or proven experience in simultaneous/consecutive interpretation).
Excellent speaking skills, quick comprehension, and accurate meaning transfer without distortion.
Stress tolerance, empathy, and professional ethical conduct in a medical context.
Availability to work in night shifts.
Willingness to sign an NDA and follow internal quality standards.
Knowledge of Chinese, German, or Korean.
A foreign trainer will conduct a complete training program covering medical terminology, ethics and confidentiality, script-based communication, simultaneous/consecutive interpretation techniques, RSI tools, and communication scenarios.
Final competency evaluation and certification will be provided; successful completion grants access to active shifts.
Regular QA sessions and updates to glossaries and procedures.
Stable wired internet connection (preferably 50–100 Mbps); a backup channel is a plus.
Professional noise-canceling headset and a quiet workspace.
PC/laptop with at least i5/Ryzen 5, 8–16 GB RAM; a camera and a second monitor are welcomed.
Work format: office/remote (remote possible).
Schedule: 17:00–02:00 (shift rotation when needed).
Salary: from $600 per month (depends on experience and language set).
