- HSE Engineer conducts risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace dangers and environmental impacts, then develops mitigation strategies and control measures.
- He/She develops and delivers health and safety training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring awareness of procedures and best practices.
- The engineer inspects work sites, facilities, and processes to verify compliance with HSE regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
