Customer Service Specialist (International Auto Parts Sales)

We are looking for a specialist who will:

Take charge of developing our client base. You will become the vital link between our company and international partners, ensuring sales growth and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively sourcing new customers and suppliers in global markets

- Conducting negotiations with international partners in English, French, and Arabic

- Analyzing markets, competitors, and customer needs

- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

Essential:

- Secondary specialized or higher education obtained in a European, Asian, or African country

- Native speaker of Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish, or other European/Middle Eastern languages

- Fluent English — C1/C2 level (Business English)

- Russian - B1/B2

- Call center experience is desirable

- Based in Moscow with willingness to work from the office

- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, Excel

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
