GTM Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Data Processing and Analysis: Daily collection, processing, and analysis of existing national import/export and inventory data sources, ensuring high-quality output.

Market and Consumer Insights: Based on existing data sources, conduct market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of target markets and consumer needs, providing data support for product strategy.

Product Strategy Development: Responsible for developing single-product market strategies and solutions, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and channel strategies, ensuring product competitiveness in the market.

Project Management: Responsible for single-product lifecycle projects, coordinating internal team management from launch to delisting, including project planning, checklist execution monitoring, risk identification and response, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with key 2C clients, understand customer needs, and provide customized solutions.

Job Requirements:

Language Skills: Able to use English as a working language, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

Work Experience: Must possess strong logical thinking skills and be data-sensitive; experience working with Internet and smart terminal manufacturers is preferred.

Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel; Python skills are a plus; able to conduct in-depth market data analysis to support decision-making.

Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities; able to efficiently organize and coordinate resources to ensure smooth project progress.

Other Requirements: Requires full-time attendance five days a week; occasional paid overtime is acceptable.
