Following consistent annual growth of 80–90% and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Junior Recruiter to help drive our continued success.

Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and gather missing information.
- Help create and update interview questions, scoring sheets, and test assignments when needed.
- Conduct initial screening calls following structured scripts and evaluation checklists.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records in the ATS (Workable).
- Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare regular reports and assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements when assigned.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset: Ability to review hiring data, notice simple patterns, and support improvements in the recruitment process.
- Language skills: English at B2–C1 level; Russian is a plus.
- Work approach: Organized, detail-oriented, able to work with urgency and follow established processes.
- Relevant experience:
- 6+ months of hands-on recruitment experience OR
- 1–2 years as an HR Assistant with partial involvement in sourcing, screening, or interview coordination.
- Experience with global or international hiring environments is an advantage, but not required.
- Previous exposure to an ATS or HR systems is a plus.
