Project Manager Senior

We are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of complex software projects, drive Agile processes, and effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management;
• solid understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes;
• proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks on mid-to-large engagements;
• strong skills in coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams;
• strong practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI;
• familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SoS);
• experience with additional project or product management tools.
