Business Analyst Middle+/Senior

About us: DevTools is a small IT company that develops custom software for startups and large companies, microservice architecture and machine learning.

Project: Our customer is an international IT consulting company with headquarters in Switzerland and more than 20 offices worldwide. Their product provides an API for banking processing – it helps to quickly develop a fintech application and customize it to the needs of the client (bank, investment fund, forex or crypto broker).

• Completely remote work, but if desired, you can work in an office on Akademika Kuprevicha Street, 1, Minsk;
• The beginning of the working day is flexible until 11:00. If necessary, you will have the opportunity to leave work during the day to resolve personal matters, with the opportunity to work out this time after;

Requirements for the candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, System Analyst, Business Analyst, or System Architect, preferably in card processing or card business software development projects;
• Good understanding of bank card processes (issuing, acquiring);
• Solid knowledge of the principles and operations of international payment networks (Visa, MC, AmEx, UnionPay, etc…);
• Knowledge of English not lower than B2 (development of technical documents, communication with foreign colleagues and clients are conducted in English);
• Understanding of how internet payments (eCommerce) are processed, including EMV 3D-Secure technology;
• Proactively seek data and feedback; review product issues, customer feedback, and bugs raised by internal teams; triage and prioritize them according to the product roadmap;
• Ability proactively work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements;
• Strong proficiency in writing technical documentation (concepts, technical specifications, architectural documents, creating data mappings);
• Extensive Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is preferred;
• Understanding of network technologies;
• Ability to navigate in a large amount of information;
• Being experienced with JIRA, Confluence or other software development support tools;
• Knowledge of the requirements of the PSD2 directive;
• Understanding of SOAP / REST / XML / JSON / WSDL principles;
• Experience with API design, integrations, and microservices;
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures;
• Knowledge of Kubernetes / containerized applications (basic to intermediate).
