Startup Ecosystem Development Manager

IT Park Tashkent Region is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated and dynamic Startup Ecosystem Development Manager to join our branch in Nurafshan (Tuytepa).
This role plays a key part in developing the regional startup ecosystem, supporting founders, and strengthening collaboration with universities, investors, and innovation partners across the Tashkent Region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support early-stage startups and guide them through IT Park programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, accelerators, venture funds, and ecosystem players.
• Organize and run events such as meetups, workshops, hackathons, and demo days.
• Prepare analytical materials, including reports, ecosystem mappings, and presentations.
• Contribute to strengthening the innovation infrastructure and promoting IT Park initiatives in the region.

Requirements:
• Strong interest in innovation, technology, and startups.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in project management or startup support is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
