We, LuxEnglish, are looking for a wizard, who can turn this dream into reality. The position we’re looking to fill is “Office Manager”. In a nut shell, you keep the school tidy and problem free.

In particular, your starting duties are:

• Work with the data base
• Help teachers with materials for the lessons
• Answer phones
• Process payments
• Inform clients about upcoming events and changes in the schedule

We are looking for a driven individual, someone who wants to develop and grow with the company. If the above tasks are “a piece of cake” for you we have plenty more to choose from. In perspective, we see you grow with us and take on one or more of the following:

• Create sales campaigns
• Take care of social media for the school
• Be a bonding agent between Native speakers and parents
• Event management

You will get practical knowledge and skills in business, education, customer service and everything in between.

THREE MOST VALUABLE SKILLS you need:

• You don’t take any conflicts or complains personally and like the FBI can recognize everyone and remember their name
• You will tell new clients in person and over the phone about school offerings. The school director knows a lot, teachers understand the ins and outs of the education process. You need to find a way to inhale and interpret this information and translate it into a passionate, thrilling story about our product and how much love and work goes into it
• You know how to act quickly and are able to address a complaint, missing information or a misunderstanding. This is truly an art and is highly appreciated by everyone in the company.

Important qualifications:

• Good level of English. For you to keep the environment light and fun and be able to assist teachers, you will need to speak English to them and students.
• Love for children you need to be able to get along with them.
• Professional attire. You are the face of the company
• Great computer skills. Microsoft Office suite user.
• Skilled Internet surfer. Ability to find desired merchandise quickly and negotiate a deal. Workflow of the entire office depends on it.

Mon – Fri:

11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
