Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM/PD) to lead and manage telecommunication project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery within the telecommunication sector, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, budgets, and company objectives;
• Manage overall project progress, risks, costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve successful outcomes;
• Focus on customer requirements and deliver value-driven solutions, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at CXO level;
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and effective implementation of project delivery strategies and solutions;
• Apply financial management knowledge for estimation, budgeting, and accounting processes;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate major project risks, escalating critical issues to management when required;
• Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive project plans and milestones to ensure consistent progress and closed-loop management;
• Provide leadership to the project team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project phases;
• Ensure high standards of communication, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director in the telecom industry;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Uzbek (upper-intermediate level or above);
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or eTOM;

• Solid technical background;

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel;

• Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities;

• Excellent presentation and written communication skills;

• Outstanding time management and multitasking skills;

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
