Flutter + Node.js Developer

Hi!

We are looking for a Node.js Developer with Flutter knowledge with 3 years of commercial experience to join our team. We like engineers with can-do attitude who openly share their knowledge.

A few facts to start with:
The minimum required level of English for this position is B2+.

Paralect + Flutter

We started using Flutter in production in 2022. The history isn't long — but it's promising. We've already launched several production-ready projects using Flutter and see a lot of potential in the ecosystem. We're confident that Flutter has a strong future across platforms, and we’re committed to growing our in-house expertise.
P.S. We're not limited by Flutter and update our stack regularly.

Skills we're looking for:

Back-end Strong Knowledge:

- 3+ years of commercial experience Node.js + TypeScript;
- Experience with frameworks: Koa.js (preferred), Express;
- We expect you to know some of the MongoDB drivers and the query language. Understanding indexes, replication, and sharding will be beneficial;
- Redis (caching, queueing, pub/sub);
- Work with WebSocket;
- REST API (creation and support);
- Docker (Strong Knowledge);
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

Mobile Development Medium Knowledge:

- 2+ years of commercial experience with Flutter & Dart;
- Experience in integration RESTful APIs;
- Experience with Firebase или Supabase (Firestore, Authentication etc.) is a big plus;
- We value experience in native iOS and Android development: Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java. You should understand platform differences and be able to adapt UX/UI accordingly.
- Proficiency in Material Design principles and iOS Human Interface Guidelines;
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes. Git should be part of your daily workflow. You know how to branch, merge, and manage pull requests with ease.
