We’re looking for ambitious Telesales professionals excited to join a growing, international-minded company — with the freedom to work remotely or from the UK office.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to warm leads using our CRM and UK corporate phone line.
- Achieve daily KPIs, including call attempts, connection rates, and booked Zoom meetings.
- Use provided scripts to conduct short qualification conversations.
- Overcome objections confidently and guide prospects toward scheduling a meeting.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of telesales experience (high-ticket experience preferred).
- Clear and fluent English; strong communication and soft-skills.
- Proven ability to meet daily targets and work in a structured environment.
- Experience working with international companies and CRM systems.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication style.
- Professional, disciplined, and motivated to exceed performance goals.
