Automation QA Engineer

Mifort Solutions is a software development outsourcing company with 10+ years of experience. Over this time, we have successfully delivered more than 200 projects, building complex web applications for clients around the world.

We are currently looking for an Automation QA Engineer (AQA). The work is fully remote, cooperation on a project basis.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications

• Work with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress or similar)

• Create automated tests for APIs (REST, occasionally GraphQL)

• Run functional, regression, load, and integration testing

• Use tools like k6 or JMeter for performance testing

• Participate in test planning and contribute to building a scalable automation strategy

• Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams

• Improve overall QA processes, documentation, and automation coverage

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience in QA, including hands-on test automation

• Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript (or Java / Python for automation scenarios)

• Solid experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools

• Good understanding of test frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, xUnit/NUnit equivalents)

• Experience with API testing (REST), working with tools like Postman or native framework clients

• Knowledge of code quality tooling (linters, static analysis, etc.)

• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

• English B2+
