Senior UX Designer

Our Product Design team is growing and we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer – someone who

gets excited about turning intricate workflows into clear, confident user experiences. This is a role

for a hands-on thinker ready to sharpen their skills and take ownership and influence product

direction.

Tasks to solve

You’ll work closely with CX researchers, product managers and developers on a live, evolving product

– from insight to pixel.

• Turn research findings into smart, user-friendly design concepts.

• Design interfaces that make complex tasks feel intuitive – dashboards, data tables,

• workflows and more.

• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.

• Test designs through usability sessions and iterate based on feedback.

• Contribute to our design system and help scale design excellence.

• Sync closely with developers to ensure quality implementation.

Requirements

• 3,4+ years in UX/UI design – ideally with complex B2B products.

• Strong portfolio with real examples of dashboards, tables and tech-heavy tools.

• Confident in Figma and familiar with building within design systems.

• Comfortable working in English with international teammates.

• Organized, proactive and ready to own and lead your tasks.

• Clear communicator who works well in a team and thinks beyond the screen.
