Startup Manager (Andijan Region)

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Startup Manager to join our team in the Andijan region. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, capable of working with early-stage companies, and ready to contribute to the growth of the regional startup ecosystem.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (C1 is highly preferred)

• Strong advantage: Knowledge of Russian

• Experience with startups or innovation projects (significant plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar (a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or related fields

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Support and manage regional startup initiatives

• Coordinate with founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners

• Assist startups in project development, documentation, and presentations

• Organize events, workshops, and training sessions

• Prepare reports, analytics, and project-related materials

• Represent the organization in regional activities
