GrowMedia is a modern marketing agency specialising in full-cycle promotion of brands and digital products. We combine strategy, creativity, and technology to build solutions that help our clients grow confidently and achieve measurable results.

We are looking for an Account Manager to support our international client team and help manage key advertiser accounts.

What do you have to do?

  • Manage advertisers’ accounts end-to-end: technical, business, support, and financial matters.

  • Communicate with international advertisers via phone, email, and Skype.

  • Provide documentation support for advertisers (contracts, invoices, financial documents).

  • Handle financial operations: reports, monthly validations, invoicing, receivables control, etc.

  • Manage advertising campaigns at all stages.

  • Monitor and control traffic quality and performance.

  • Gather feedback from advertisers and publishers and ensure smooth two-way communication.

What do we expect?

  • Fluent Russian (written and spoken) - mandatory.

  • Advanced academic English (C1 or higher) - mandatory; a degree in English is a plus.

  • Experience in account management/client service is a plus.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Strong web and PC literacy.

  • Experience in digital marketing/affiliate marketing is a major advantage.

  • Excellent time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Preferred: experience working with advertisers/publishers in a network, agency, or affiliate/digital environment.

Stages

  • Interview with the HR Manager (20-30 min)

  • A small test assignment (1 hour)

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager and the HR Manager (1 hour)
