We are looking for a dynamic Brand, Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and coordinate the full scope of BMC activities for our operations in Uzbekistan. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across marketing, brand, PR, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
The Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire Brand, Marketing & Communications agenda for Uzbekistan, including:
Brand & Marketing
- Implementation of the firm’s brand strategy across Uzbekistan
- Production of marketing materials, brochures, campaigns, visuals
- Support for business development teams with marketing inputs
Public Relations & Media
- Preparation of press releases, media statements, talking points
- Coordination with journalists, business media, and news agencies
Digital & Social Media
- Management of firm’s social media presence in Uzbekistan
- Content creation (posts, visuals, short videos)
Events & External Relations
- Organization of conferences, client events, roundtables, and forums
- Collaboration with business associations, chambers, and partner organizations
Internal Communications
- Support to leadership communications
- Coordination of internal campaigns, town halls, and employee engagement activities
Reporting & Compliance
- Preparation of BMC reports, KPIs, dashboards
- Budget tracking and administrative support
- Ensuring brand compliance across all materials and activations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field
- Strong writing skills in English, Russian, and Uzbek (preferred)
- Experience with content creation and social media management
- Good project management skills
- Experience working with business associations or corporate stakeholders is an advantage
