We work with over 50 major clients (IT companies, recruiting agencies), and our base of trial and paying customers keeps growing.
We’re now strengthening our team and looking for a Sales Manager who will drive new business and grow our inbound pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct product demos and intro calls with inbound leads
• Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from first touch to closing
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently
• Re-engage previous leads and warm connections
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to the Customer Success team
What We Expect
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or IT services
• Confident spoken and written English — most communication is international
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Strong ownership mindset regarding your pipeline, process, and results
