The Lead Generation specialist will search for potential clients, establish initial contact, conduct initial qualification, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
💡 Key Responsibilities
-Lead Prospecting: Identifying and sourcing potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, internal databases, specialized platforms, and job boards.
-Outreach: Executing outbound outreach strategies via cold emailing, and direct messaging (LinkedIn, Email, Telegram).
-Lead Qualification: Assessing and qualifying prospects to determine their potential fit and interest.
-Sales Support: Scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team.
-Process Optimization: Testing outreach scripts, analyzing performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates), and contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales development process.
🚀 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead Generation, Customer Success, or SDR (Sales Development Representative) role.
- Proven experience in prospecting and reaching out to key decision-makers (LPR).
- Hands-on experience with cold contact, with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate persistence.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (native preferred), both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Confident and compelling written communication skills, with the ability to grab attention from the first line.
- Excellent verbal communication: articulate speech, active listening, and skilled questioning.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in the IT industry, with an understanding of basic terms (e.g., frontend, backend, outsourcing, MVP).
- Readiness for routine tasks, handling rejection, and testing new outreach hypotheses.
