We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll coordinate sales activities, work closely with the Field Force team, and support the sales department in achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily SmartUp operations: Ensuring accurate data from field teams and distributors. Track sales, coverage, POSM, and equipment, and prepare regular performance reports
- System Improvement & Support: Support the integration of new features, modules, or updates in SmartUp.
- Coordinate communication: Act as the main contact for SmartUp users, guide them on system use, coordinate with field teams, and ensure updates are done on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales support or coordination.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate level of English and Russian.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-player mindset.
