Supervising the cleaning & maintenance of the Hotel rooms, public areas, and all other areas designated to the Housekeeping Department in accordance with established standards
Planning and controlling of Housekeeping day-to-day operations: cleaning carpets and furniture, windows, cleaning surfacing and polishing brass
Building effective relationships with other departments in achieving the departmental and Hotel’s goals
Providing trainings, coaching Housekeeping team
Assisting Executive Housekeeper with day-to-day operations of Housekeeping Department
Requirements
Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in 5* international Hotel environment
Fluent English
University degree, ideally in Hospitality management
Computer literate
Organizational skills
Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills is a must
