Group IFRS Senior Expert

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Gorilla Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS for multiple jurisdictions (15+ countries)

• Maintain Group accounting policies in line with IFRS, ensuring consistent application across

subsidiaries.

• Coordinate and manage the audit process with external auditors, ensuring timely completion and high-

quality reporting.

• Monitor internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy to support IPO.

• Provide training and supporting finance teams across different countries.

• Participate in improvements in reporting processes, systems (SAP HANA), and group-wide reporting

consistency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including Big4 audit background and in-house corporate role.

• Strong expertise in IFRS (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

• Solid background in group consolidations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing with multi-country

operations.

• Excellent knowledge of financial instruments, M&A accounting and complex accounting issues.

• Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
