Junior Marketing & BD Specialist (Tashkent)

About the Role

Qualqore is looking for a proactive, curious, and creative junior specialist to join our team in Tashkent. This hybrid role spans social media, marketing support, BD research, and small tech tasks, making it a perfect starting point for someone eager to grow into marketing or business development.

We are not looking for years of experience — we are looking for discipline, passion, and advanced English. If you enjoy storytelling, visual content, social media, and exploring new ideas, you’ll be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

• Help plan monthly content calendars and brand messaging

• Capture light photo/video content (no professional gear needed — passion is enough)

• Support community management and increase engagement

Business Development Support

• Research prospects, game studios, and industry trends

• Prepare simple reports, lists, and summaries for the BD

• Support presentations, documents, and CRM inputs

• Assist with small operational and tech tasks as needed

Collaboration

• Cooperate with CEO, BD, Marketing, and Operations teams

• Suggest improvements, bring creative ideas, and take initiative

• Help build and maintain internal processes and content workflows

Requirements

• Advanced English (spoken and written) — this is absolutely essential

• Based in Tashkent, ready for onsite work in our office

• Passion for marketing, social media, visual content, or photography/videography

• Strong discipline, reliability, and eagerness to learn

• Comfortable researching and summarizing information

• Positive communication style and interest in gaming industry

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Canva or other basic editing tools

• Prior internships in gaming, marketing, BD, or creative fields

• Understanding of social media analytics,

• MS Excel
