About the Role
We are looking for a hyper-analytical, curiosity-driven Product Discovery Lead who can see patterns in chaos, decode user behaviour before it becomes data, and identify what the market will want before it asks.
You will become the intelligence engine behind new features — the one who defines what we should build and why it matters.
This role is for someone who naturally operates at the intersection of:
UX research + crypto market understanding + strategic product thinking + deep customer insight.

What You’ll Do:
Lead End-to-End Product Discovery
- Identify user needs through advanced qualitative research: deep interviews, behavioral mapping, and pattern analysis.
- Run quantitative experiments that reveal real demand, not vanity metrics.
- Validate or kill product ideas early, saving months of development time.
Decode the Crypto User Mindset
- Understand what motivates Web3 users beyond surface-level behaviors.
- Map out unique crypto user journeys (wallet onboarding, trust barriers, asset management behaviors, risk patterns).
- Identify blockers and emotional drivers: fear of loss, friction of trust, switching costs, privacy expectations.
Turn Chaos Into Structured Insights
- Build CJMs that reflect the real nonlinear behavior of crypto users.
- Synthesize raw research into clear product opportunities and go/no-go decisions.
- Build frameworks for PMF validation in early-stage features.
Hypothesis Testing on Steroids
- Design micro-experiments, prototypes, narrative tests, landing-page validation, and smoke tests.
- Evaluate features not by intuition but by evidence.
Guide Product Strategy with Intelligence
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and GTM teams to define feature scope.
- Translate insights into precise briefs, problem statements, and feature narratives.
- Serve as the “voice of the market” inside the team.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years in product discovery, UX research, product strategy, or related fields.
- You are crypto-native:
- you know how wallets, chains, tokens, and on/off-ramps work,
- you've used multiple DEXes/CEXes,
- you understand Web3 user psychology,
- you follow the market and know the trends before they hit Twitter.
- You combine qualitative intuition + quantitative logic.
Success Metrics
- Number of validated (and invalidated) hypotheses that prevent wasted development.
- Reduction in friction points across early user journeys.
- Speed and accuracy of PMF discovery for new features.
- Clarity of insights that impact roadmap direction.
- Depth and quality of market understanding.
