How You Will Make an Impact:

• • Manage court cases aimed at reducing company expenses and preventing financial losses
• Represent the company in administrative proceedings (tax, customs, and other administrative disputes)
• Handle antitrust cases: reducing inflated tariffs, combating counterfeit products on marketplaces and offline markets
• Oversee the company’s entire claims management process: templates, dispute analysis, settlement procedures
• Supervise external legal advisors and representatives in Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and Mongolia
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for senior management on court and administrative cases
• Provide legal support to the Risk Management and Vendor Management teams (risk assessment, claims handling, disputes with suppliers and customers)
• Manage criminal cases when required
• Participate in drafting contract templates (sections on liability and dispute resolution)

Your Background at a Glance:

• Higher legal education (KazGUU, Caspian University or equivalent)

• Mandatory membership in the Chamber of Legal Consultants of Kazakhstan

• 7–10 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, administrative cases, and tax/customs disputes

• Proven experience in handling significant court cases (customs duties, tax assessments, antitrust investigations)

• Strong skills in managing claims processes and coordinating external legal advisors

• Experience in handling disputes across multiple jurisdictions (Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia is an advantage)

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to prepare well-structured legal recommendations for management
