We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Designer to lead our creative team in producing compelling visual content for various platforms. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for directing the production of advertisements, TV commercials, social media content, mailings, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
• Pitch creative ideas and campaigns to the senior management team.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to build a conducive work environment and oversee projects.
• Develop advertising and promotional campaigns, understanding the commercial aspects of the university.
• Present work to senior management and make necessary adjustments to project direction.
• Choose and approve photographs, artwork, graphics, and designs.
• Create and execute style guides for publications, products, or campaigns.
• Generate visuals for various promotional materials, including banners, posters, brochures, and websites.
• Keep projects on budget and deadlines, reporting to stakeholders when required.
• Attend and support university events, creating promotional materials and sources.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience in hiring and managing design teams is preferred.
