Lead the overall design delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) systems for international airport projects, including design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Serve as design expert for Airport Operation Systems including AODB, FIDS, RMS, A-CDM, CUPPS, CUSS, TDAS, ABC, e-Gates, and One ID applications
Coordinate with client, government ministries, international consultants, PMC, site execution teams, and vendors to obtain approvals and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution
Prepare and manage Interface Control Documents (ICD) under Master System Integration (MSI) role, coordinating across multiple disciplines including Electrical, HVAC, Fire, PHE, Architecture, Civil, Baggage Handling, and Fixed Link Bridges
Conduct and participate in client meetings, site visits, design presentations, design workshops, and factory witness tests
Review and approve vendor drawings, technical datasheets, and subcontractor shop drawings for ELV & ICT equipment
Establish and manage systems for Bill of Materials and Quantity Take-Off preparation
Resolve design-related issues on project sites and monitor deliverable quality
Provide technical specifications and design calculations for various ELV & ICT systems using simulation software such as EKAHAU, EASE, iBWAVE, and JVSG
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) or Master's degree (ME/M.Tech) in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10+ years of design experience in ELV & ICT systems
Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN, VOIP, Structured Cabling, Cyber Security, Middleware (IB/ESB), and system architecture for CCTV, ACS, PAVA, BMS, DAS, TMRS, and other communication systems
Thorough understanding of relevant standards including ISO/IEC, TIA Structured Cabling, BICSI Standards, IEEE standards for LAN/WLAN, NFPA, GHOST, and Tashkent local codes
Strong team management and leadership capabilities with high emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
Excellent decision-making and time management skills for self and team
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in English, Uzbek, and/or Russian languages
