About the role / О роли

You’ll craft high-conversion, brand-defining visuals for web & mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and eCom websites. Работа - чистый digital, но иногда примешивается оффлайн вроде упаковки и продуктовой визуализации, или даже фото (особенно классно может получиться в сочетании с generative AI): UX, UI, branding, digital illustrations, iconography, marketing visuals, occasional motion. Мы строим стартапы, приложения и SaaS продукты - and we care about clarity, conversion, craft and beautifying the world.

What our designer knows / Что знает «наш» будущий дизайнер

• Colors: triads, tetrads, temperature, simultaneous contrast; WCAG contrast - банально, но ChatGPT в этом не помогает.

• Typography: x-height, rhythm, optical alignment; умеете «услышать» межбуквенное.

• Grids & geometry: 8-pt, baseline, modular, golden ratio - и когда их ломать.

• Patterns & harmony: умеете собирать дизайн-систему из атомов - tokens, components, states.

• Visual storytelling: вы рассказываете идею одним простым предложением. Пиксель-перфект - это прошлый век. Glass - временное помешательство.

What you’ll do / Чем займетесь

• Create UI & brand visuals for web/mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, eCommerce

• Design digital illustrations (vector, textured, mixed media) + iconography

• Build landing pages & campaign assets that convert (hero, LP sections, banners, email art)

• Evolve brand systems: palettes, type scales, components, motion guidelines

• Prepare dev-ready files (Figma components, variants, autolayout, exports)

• (Nice) Add micro-motion (Lottie/AE) and light 3D/AR when it helps the story

What you bring / Что важно

• A portfolio that screams taste + systems thinking + conversion sense

• Figma (components, variants, tokens), Illustrator/Photoshop; Procreate - плюс

• Understand accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and color/contrast best practices
