Alpha Star Properties is a boutique luxury real estate agency handling properties from $1M+ in Dubai, Moscow, Rublyovka, and internationally.

We are building the “Millionaire Agent Academy” and need a hands-on mentor, recruiter, and trainer who will not just teach, but take agents to their first major deals.

✔️Your Role

Lead the online course and internship: manage chats, Zoom sessions, feedback, case studies, and keep motivation high until results are achieved

• Recruit and onboard trainees: post job ads, run selection funnels, adapt newcomers, set and monitor KPIs
• Close the gap to the first deal: review calls, push candidates forward, and assess readiness with our Sales Director
• ✔️Compensation Structure

Base: AED 1,000/month (symbolic – we focus on performance)

• Bonus: 10% of the commission from each trainee who closes a deal(Example: 10 trainees × 1 deal × AED 600,000 commission × 10% = AED 60,000/month your personal income)
• Additional bonuses for engagement and exceptional results
• ✔️You’re the Right Fit If You:

Have worked in real estate (Dubai or other Emirates) – mandatory

• Know how to train, mentor, and push people to results
• Understand how deals close in both secondary and off-plan markets
• Can handle 6–15 trainees at once and lead 60%+ to their first deal
• Are fluent in Notion, Zoom, Telegram, Google Docs
• (Bonus) Have run webinars or created training content before
