Lawyer

We are looking for a group lawyer to assist us in our legal M&A due diligence, deal negotiation, and other legal matters. CL1 Partners acquires controlling and non-controlling stakes in local SME companies and assists them with strategy, back-office, and other aspects of their business.

We are open to part-time and full-time candidates. Candidates can choose between on-site or hybrid work. We want candidates with the following characteristics:

• Deep understanding of local regulation and tax code.
• Experience in legal M&A due diligence.
• Experience in contract drafting and review.
• Proactive mindset - someone who can actively strategize and offer suggestions.

The expected salary range is 800,000 - 1,500,000 KZT net, paid at the end of each month.
