Senior Frontend Developer (Angular)

Specific-Group is an international software development company, delivering custom software solutions for enterprise clients in Europe. Our development centers are located in Austria, Germany, Belarus, Lithuania, Poland and Spain. Our primary focus & areas of expertise is financial domain. We deliver our solutions according to the latest technical standards for different industries and sectors, using new technologies and modern approaches.

Currently, we are planning to open a Senior Frontend Developer position for one of our projects. The project is an advanced AI-powered platform designed primarily for developers to enhance the management and understanding of complex software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive participation in requirement analysis, solution design and implementation phases of project lifecycle;

• Implementation of new functionality, design of new modules, libraries and components, integration with existing functionalities and products;

• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle;

• Ongoing performance optimization, code refactoring, code review;

• Direct communication with stakeholders and technical experts on customer side;

• Proven experience and ability to estimate work .

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Frontend Development;

• Perfect knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, CSS;

• Experience in Angular is a must;

• Hands-on experience in ReactJS;

• Communication - able to moderate discussions, drive decisions, motivate colleagues to achieve results with and without PM;

• Experience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software;

• Experience in communication with backend team;

• Ability to collect, document and estimate technical requirements;

• Experience in solution design creation;

• Drive to results - solution-oriented mindset, eager to knowledge, responsibility ownership;

• Outstanding problem-solving skills;

• Adaptability and ability to work in a cross-functional distributed team;

• Proactive position is a ‘must-have’;

• Upper Intermediate level of English.
