Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead who can manage daily sales operations, oversee marketing performance, and help drive overall revenue growth across all locations. This role requires a mix of strategy, hands-on execution, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities - Manage daily sales activities and support the team with lead follow-ups and customer communication
- Speak directly with clients, answer inquiries, and guide them through the sales process
- Handle customer reviews, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner
- Work with vendors and marketing service providers, negotiate terms, and coordinate needed services
- Monitor weekly KPIs: leads, conversions, response times, ad performance, and overall profitability
- Assist in creating and adjusting marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, automotive marketplaces)
- Track marketing results and recommend where to increase or decrease budgets
- Maintain organized sales reports and present key insights to company leadership
- Improve internal processes to help the team respond faster, convert more leads, and increase profit
Requirements - English C1+ (you can comfortably hold a professional conversation and maintain good phone etiquette)
- Experience in sales or marketing leadership (automotive or other B2C preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and online marketplaces will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Hand-on attitude & willingness to learn new things
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable leading a team
Compensation & Benefits - $1,500-$1,700/month base + bonuses based on monthly sales performance
