IT Department is looking for an IT Operations Manager to manage IT support services and to keep IT Opearions Organizational structure aligned with business strategy and priorities.

And you have:
- High education (academy/university) in IT, communication and management, marketing or finance/economy, ITSM (ITIL) certified, Project Management certified (optional);
- Agile (SCRUM) experience;
- 10-15 years in IT sphere and 5+ years of IT management in International Companies (FMCG preferable);
- Good Business Knowledge (Acumen);
- Communication & Interpersonal skills, Organizational Performance and Development management;
- Working knowledge and understanding of process IT service management, risk management, project management;
- Experience in organizing and leading cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance;
- Experience in leading and participating in different IT functions (Service Delivery, Project Management, Customer services and Solution Development).
