Responsibilities:
  • Partner with top-tier integrated retail stores to achieve the largest market share in the channel.
  • Develop Haier Brand Shop clients and build stores to become the leading channel in the local market.
  • Assist channels and clients with marketing activities.
  • Haier's high-end products account for over 30% of the market, making it the preferred choice for local consumers.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position in Mongolia, and fluency in the local language.
  • Channel customer development experience, alignment with the Haier Brand Shop strategy, and relevant experience.
  • Strong business negotiation skills and the ability to proactively drive business progress.
  • Experience in product sales and in-store marketing activities.
