Export documentation and Logistics specialist

One of the largest medicine manufacturers in Russia, Binnopharm Group was created in 2020. The Group boasts five plants, which produce an extensive range of prescription and over-the-counter medicines. 26% of the products are made from the Group’s own active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Binnopharm Group medicines are procured under government tenders, are sold in the retail pharmaceutical market, and are also exported to 15 countries worldwide.

Binnopharm Group is looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist in our Shanghai office “Shanghai Binnuopha Chemical Co., Ltd”, who will be responsible for organization of transportation in China and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of documents for the shipment: invoice, packing list, export declaration, dgm, road certificate, test certificate

• Cooperation with factories (payment status, pick up arrangement, 发票fapiao, VAT invoice, VAT return)

• Cooperation with shipping agents, customs brokers, consolidation warehouse, certification bureaus

• Organization of transportation in China, purchase of pallets, loggers, search for shipping partners

• Input data and docs into corporate IRP system

Requirements:

• Higher Education in International Trade/Economics, etc.

• 2+ years in a logistics or supply chain role with a focus on international shipping

• Practical experience in coordination with manufactures/suppliers in China

• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential to collaborate with our team and partners

• Knowledge of international trade rules and documents

Working conditions:

• Full-time position with 40 working hours within 5 working days per week

• Annual contract with the possibility of extension

• Annual bonus based on achieving annual KPIs
