Responsibilities:

  • Registration of visitors and issuance of passes;
  • Notifying relevant employees of the arrival of their visitors;
  • Administration of company databases;
  • Purchase of stationery, equipment and furniture;
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
  • Answer queries by employees and clients;
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments;
  • Book meeting rooms as required;
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages);
  • Arrange travel and accommodations;
  • Schedule in-house and external events;

Requirements:

  • Candidate should be proactive, energetic, able to work under pressure with overtime schedule;
  • Experience in administrative or similar position - mandatory;
  • Comfortable with digital tools, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Kazakh, Russian, Intermediate level of English, so please make brief English fluency check with candidates;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and a strong desire to learn new skills;
  • Work Schedule: 14/14
