Requirements:

• Experience working with Keitaro, Affise, Binom, or readiness to quickly master similar tracking systems;
• Strong understanding of tracking links: creation, editing, UTM tagging, and parameter monitoring;
• Experience working with affiliate dashboards/platforms: offer setup, payout management, stats verification, conversion analysis;
• Basic understanding of API integrations and ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including working with postbacks;
• Ability to work with large data volumes: strong attention to detail, structured and systematic approach;
• Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables; basic scripting or automation is a plus);
• English level B1–B2 or higher; ability to work with English-language interfaces, documentation, and partner support;
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks to completion with high accuracy;
• Persistence, stress resilience, and strong focus — especially important when working with technical analytics and fixed processes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing partner projects, including working with affiliate dashboards: offer setup, stats verification, and conversion analysis and optimization;
• Creating, coordinating, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of tracking links, UTM tagging, tracking parameters, and postbacks / API integrations;
• Configuring trackers (e.g., Keitaro, Affise, Binom or similar), managing traffic flows, reallocating traffic between campaigns to improve conversions and KPIs;
• Monitoring advertising/traffic platforms, analyzing performance metrics, identifying technical issues or breakdowns, responding promptly and collaborating with support/development teams;
• Preparing reports: monthly (or per agreed schedule) reports on traffic, integrations, issues, KPIs, ROI, etc.;
• Working with the internal partner database: keeping it up to date, analyzing behavior, and segmenting by performance metrics.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with iGaming offers;
• Experience launching and optimizing affiliate campaigns: A/B testing, CPA / LTV optimization, etc.;
• Skills in improving internal processes, implementing systemization, and possibly reporting automation.
