Middle QA Engineer (Gamedev)

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight 4: Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Shadow Fight 4: Arena is the first mobile fighting game featuring real-time synchronous PvP alongside PvE, including a social system where players can make friends and duel with them.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to be a part of the team that is responsible for testing liveops activities within the game (new events, modes, heroes, weapons, etc). ​​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

• Test game features, balance, client performance

• Compile test cases and monitoring of their execution

• Regression testing

• Provide analysis on testing results, come up with concise conclusions

What we are looking for:

• High performance, result-oriented mindset

• Minimum 1 year of experience in game testing

• Gaming experience

• Fluent communication in Russian

Would be a plus:

• In-depth experience or knowledge of Unity

• Knowledge of Git (ability to work with a remote repository, commit, and push)

• Jira (ability to properly formalize tasks, support various information)

• Android (setting up Android Studio, error searching in logs leading to crashes, ability to use the console)

• iOS (Installation of the application through Xcode, recording videos and screenshots from the device)

• Knowledge/experience in Scrum is desirable
