Responsibilities
• Manage the game management direction of the product, controlling metrics, reporting, and invoice reconciliation;
• Oversee game content (lobby structure, categories, tournaments, etc.);
• Coordinate promotions and discounts with game providers;
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, support, finance, etc.);
• Ensure the quality and relevance of content;
• Improve and build processes for managing game content;
• Implement new features and updates to enhance gaming experience metrics.
Requirements
• Experience in online casino industry as a Product Manager or in a similar position — 2+ years;
• Experience in communication with game providers, coordinating promotions and discounts;
• Experience managing game content and optimizing lobbies and categories to increase conversion and retention;
• Experience working with analytics tools and understanding product performance metrics;
• Knowledge of key trends and technologies in the online casino industry;
• Proven experience launching new products from scratch;
• Understanding of product development stages (basic technical background);
• English level B1+ (emails and calls).
Will be a plus
• Knowledge of the iGaming market and major providers;
• Ability to work with documentation;
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
