Responsibilities: - Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes: account setup, access provisioning, and equipment handover.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and assist with equipment tracking.
- Perform routine system checks, software installations, and updates under the supervision of senior IT staff.
Requirements: - Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing).
- Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (English at a minimum intermediate level, both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, high motivation, and willingness to learn.
