Web3 Head of Sales (Dubai)

We’re looking for a Неаd of Sales — crypto expert ready to scale sales, build processes, and lead the team to results.

What you will do:

• Lead and elevate the Sales department to the next level;

• Set ambitious sales plans and KPIs, and hold the team accountable;

• Develop training and onboarding frameworks for the team;

• Master CRM data — own conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and rep activity;

• Partner with founders to align on revenue strategy and GTM.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in B2B sales leadership in IT/tech/crypto;

• Advanced/Fluent English;

• Proven experience building and scaling sales teams;
• You know every step of sales — and fix problems fast;

• Deep crypto/web3 knowledge.
