Logistics Coordinator

HYPERVSN is considering adding a Logistics Coordinator position at our Minsk office soon.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination:
  Organize and track international and domestic shipments (air, sea, and ground) for products, accessories, and materials.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Prepare and verify shippi
• Cost Control & Reporting:
  Track and analyze logistics costs, validate invoices, and maintain clear shipment budgets and records.
• Internal & Customer Support:
  Assist Sales, After-Sales, and Procurement teams with delivery planning and customer logistics inquiries.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency — such as implementing tracking tools, logistics platforms, or simplified workflows.
• Reporting:
  Prepare periodic logistics reports on delivery timelines, costs, and issues for internal review.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management (experience in international shipping or customs preferred).
• Skills:
  • Solid understanding of global transportation and customs processes.
  • Strong organization and multitasking ability.
  • Clear and professional communication with vendors and internal teams.
  • Competence in analyzing costs and managing shipment budgets.
  • Familiarity with ERP or logistics systems (1C or similar).
• Languages: Fluent English (C1+).
• Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Mindset: Proactive, reliable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a managerial role in the future.
