Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support in developing and executing brand plans and marketing activities for the snacks portfolio (Lay’s, Cheetos, Hrusteam) in alignment with the overall category strategy;
  • Assist in preparation of AOP and brand reviews (data collection, analysis, presentation support);
  • Coordinate execution of marketing activations, BTL activities, promo campaigns, and digital initiatives;
  • Monitor brand performance (volume, share, distribution, pricing) and provide regular reports and insights;
  • Work closely with agencies on creative adaptation, POSM development, and local content production;
  • Support in innovation launches (pack design, artwork approval, logistics coordination, post-launch tracking);
  • Help manage A&M budget tracking and documentation flow;
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams (Sales, DX (Trade Marketing), Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure timely and efficient execution of brand initiatives;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Participate in the development of consumer research and analysis of consumer insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand support (preferably FMCG);
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail;
  • Understanding of marketing mix (4P) and consumer behavior;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Nielsen or similar data tools is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fluency in Russian, Upper-intermediate English, Uzbek is a strong advantage;
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about brand building.
