Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: you’ll lead the process from start to finish – from initial briefing with hiring managers and writing compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth start for new hires;
Serve as a strategic partner: you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs, consult on the hiring process, and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet their objectives;
Source and engage top talent: utilizing a variety of channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) and our ATS, you’ll actively search for, attract, and build long-term relationships with qualified candidates;
Provide a great candidate experience: you’ll be responsible for screening for both skills and cultural fit, and coordinating the interview process. A key focus will be on providing a positive and professional experience for every candidate;
Drive continuous improvement: you’ll contribute to the evolution of our recruiting service by helping to refine processes, maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future needs, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience: 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, mastering full-cycle hiring processes and best practices;
Expertise and methodological knowledge: solid understanding of the tech landscape and modern recruitment tools, with skill in conducting competency-based interviews;
Key qualities and mindset: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships with both hiring managers and candidates. We value a professional who is confident in making data-informed decisions and advocating for your perspective. You have a genuine interest in recruiting and are committed to continuous professional development;
Personality: proactive, responsible, and self-organized, with a curious, analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail;
Language skills: confident English skills (Upper-Intermediate and above), allowing you to comfortably hold interviews and communicate with candidates.
