Business analyst

RichBrains looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst with a deep experience in Salesforce environment. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders from USA/UK/EU markets helping them to develop cost-effective and durable software solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals.

This is a project-based opportunity lasting six months, with the potential to continue a bit longer. It's an ideal opportunity for freelancers and individuals actively seeking a new job who can start immediately.

What you'll do:

• Collect and meticulously define requirements to establish what will be included in the MVP;
• Develop clear and engaging uses stories that reflect core business needs;
• Analyse and document business processes and requirements, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications.
• Partner with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions;
• Act as a bridge to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams;
• Conduct gap analyses to identify and leverage opportunities for process improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis;
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud;
• Strong background in Salesforce implementations, with an approach focused on delivering tailored and consultative solutions;
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology;
• Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that boost customer engagement and operational efficiency;
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud features and a foundational understanding of Service Cloud, with a focus on adding value through process automation and strategies to enhance user adoption.
