Location: Tashkent, office-based

Schedule: Full-time | 5/2 | Night or Morning shifts

Salary: From 5.2 mil UZS + bonuses

Payments: Twice a month

Responsibilities

Book international flights for clients
Offer add-ons: baggage, insurance, upgrades
Provide excellent service before and after the sale
Meet targets and earn performance bonuses

Requirements

English level: B2+
Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work night or morning shifts
Motivated to learn, grow, and succeed

Shift Options (Tashkent Time)

Morning: 06:00–14:00
